  Buy Mortimer, buy....

I received this from my old trading pal Ana-Maria :

Rosh Hashanah begins the night of Monday September 29, 2008
Yom Kippur begins the night of Wednesday October 8, 2008

"Sell Rosh Hashanah, Buy Yom Kippur"

(and if you're wondering which one is correct [this one is], here's someone with rationale behind it, lol)

Thank you very much for that Ana, please visit us in echat when you find the time, we miss you.

And here comes my beautiful monthly ES chart :

As my previous post proves i should stick to sclaping intraday and stop messing around with daily and monthly charts. Still, i like this one. It's an "eternal VWAP" on the ES e-mini continuous contract with 2 standard deviation bands.

To watch the charts and videos in these post you need to register with traders Laboratory but thats
free and painless.

If you are interested in daytrading using volume histogramms and/or the VWAP, check this out.

part I : Volume histogramm
part II : The volume weighted average price (VWAP)
part III : Basics of VWAP trading
part IV : Standard Deviation
part V : Other entry points
